This week has seen the first anniversary of the floods that devastated South-East Queensland. From the Prime Minister down, people have paid tribute to those who lost their lives and those who risked their own life to carry out rescues.
Last Easter, Christian Television Association presented a half-hour television program called 'Hope in the Summer of Sorrow' that focused on the great work of the School Chaplains as they supported students and their families coming to terms with what had occured.
Even today, a year later, this work continues.
If you'd like to see the program again, it's on-line at www.CTA.tv Youtube channel, or on the CTA web site. It's well worth a second look, or maybe you missed it the first time. Check it out.
SU in Queensland continues to do a great job in supporting students at Queensland Schools.
